Meet Susie Beard-Moore
Susie Beard-Moore is the Founder and Principal of Luminosity which is a Financial Conduct Authority qualified and regulated business providing consumers with advice on protection and healthcare products. With years of experience in corporate banking and senior roles in insurance and healthcare, Susie launched Luminosity to support working families with reliable, quality financial guidance. Luminosity’s brand values emphasize trust, transparency, and the importance of providing ongoing, personalized support, including complimentary annual reviews to ensure clients’ protection needs are met as their lives evolve. Susie is committed to building lasting client relationships, aiming to create financial resilience and peace of mind for her clients and their families.
Meet Andy Peters
Andy is an authorized Financial Adviser who joined Susie at Luminosity on 6th August 2025.
He previously worked with Susie at a mutual friendly income protection provider during 2021 and 2022, where they developed a strong professional relationship. Both share the brand and personal values that underpin Luminosity, and Andy is proud to be part of a business with a clear mission: to be recognised as a market leader for quality customer engagement in the protection advice sector.
With over 40 years’ experience in financial services, Andy is perhaps best known as a founding director of two highly successful life insurance companies—Bright Grey and Guardian Financial Services.
Originally from Hampshire, Andy now lives in the beautiful city of Edinburgh.
